All servicesMVP development with AI

From idea to testable MVP—in days, not quarters

I use AI-assisted development to compress the build loop, while keeping product judgement, architecture, and quality firmly human-led.

A colourful product-building machine rapidly assembling and launching a working MVP

The offer

Get the smallest credible product in front of real users quickly—then invest based on what they actually do.

First testable slice in days

What changes

Useful outcomes. Not AI theatre.

01

Learn sooner

Test the risky assumption with users before months of features and polish accumulate around it.

02

A real product

Build a deployable web product with the core journey, not a slide deck pretending to be one.

03

A clean next decision

Finish with usage evidence, technical notes, and a prioritised route to iterate, rebuild, or stop.

Good fit

Built for a real constraint

  • Founders validating a software idea
  • Teams replacing a manual internal process
  • Businesses testing a new paid digital service
  • Product leaders who need evidence before a larger build

What you get

A build you can inspect

  • 90-minute scope and assumption workshop
  • One core user journey and success metric
  • Responsive, deployed MVP
  • Essential authentication, data, and integrations
  • Basic analytics and feedback capture
  • Handover notes and next-build roadmap

Delivery model

Small bet. Fast proof. Then scale.

  1. 1

    Cut to the bet

We turn the idea into one user, one painful job, and one behaviour that proves demand.

  2. 2

    Shape the smallest product

I define the core journey, remove nice-to-haves, and choose boring, dependable infrastructure.

  3. 3

    Ship in short loops

You see working software early and give feedback while changes are still cheap.

  4. 4

    Put it in users’ hands

We deploy, instrument the important actions, and decide the next move from evidence.

FAQ

Straight answers

Can every MVP be built in a few days?
No. A tightly scoped testable slice often can; a regulated platform, complex marketplace, or feature-heavy product cannot. I will reduce the first release to the fastest version that can answer the important business question, then give you an honest timeline.
Does using AI mean low-quality generated code?
It should not. AI speeds up research, scaffolding, testing, and repetitive implementation. I still own the architecture, review the output, test critical paths, and choose what is safe to ship.
Will the MVP be reusable if the idea works?
That depends on the experiment. I distinguish throwaway shortcuts from foundations worth keeping, document both, and avoid locking you into a demo that cannot evolve.
What do you need from me?
A decision-maker, access to a few target users or realistic examples, and quick feedback. I handle product shaping, design, development, deployment, and the technical handover.

Bring me the bottleneck

Tell me what is slow, expensive, or hard to scale. I'll reply within 24 hours with useful questions and the clearest next step—even if that step is not AI.

What happens next

A short fit check, a focused call, then a written scope covering outcome, timeline, cost, risks, and what I need from you.
